of Tai Chi is the original form of tai chi from which all other
styles derive. Chen Tai Chi holds the greatest health benefits of
all the styles.
Tai Chi is teaches the practitioner
how to move the body in forms that refresh the joints and relax
the muscles to boost your health.
The Chen exercises are designed
to relieve the stresses in the back, shoulders, neck, chest, arms,
knees, ankles and hip to encourage blood flow which helps repair
any joint damage and builds new cartilage.
The breathing exercises of the
Chen style relax and prepare the body and mind for the art of
‘silk reeling' the practice of the internal art of Chen Tai
Chi. Chen style encourages the use of internal movement which
can be then used for martial training. The strength of Chen Style
as a martial art is legendary.
